A specialised property valuation firm
Resolve Property Consultants was formed in 2024 as a specialised property valuation firm, founded by its principals Leigh Bridges and Adam Gander. We offer a range of valuation services, with particular expertise in government acquisition matters, litigation and disputes over land valuation issues.
Based in Sydney CBD, our areas of geographical coverage are focused on the Sydney metropolitan region as well as NSW regional areas for selected matters.
As Fellow members of the Australian Property Institute (API) each of our Directors are required to adhere to the Code of Ethics, the Rules of Conduct, the Practice Standards and Continuing Professional Development requirements of the API.

About Resolve Property Consultants
We are an independent Property Valuation and Advisory firm offering bespoke services to private
and corporate owners or occupiers, statutory authorities, government departments, lenders and the
legal fraternity. Our staff have extensive expertise of varied asset types in Sydney and surrounding
locations throughout NSW.
Clear and open communication with our many clients is a key fundamental. We work as a team to
assist meeting client requirements. Transparent and high-quality service is paramount. We maintain
high standards with strict quality, compliance and security measures to ensure suitable outcomes.
Our directors Adam Gander and Leigh Bridges are both long-term members of the Australian
